1) Weight deviation: refers to the percentage of weight difference between real spinning linear density and design linear density. The common assessment indicator is the weight deviation of 100m, which is generally controlled within the range of -2.52.5.
2) Weight variation coefficient: it is an indicator of yarn linear density unevenness. The common assessment index is the coefficient of variation of 100 meter weight.
3) Number of NEP impurities (/ g): wind the sample on the blackboard under specified conditions, and visually inspect the number of NEP impurities of yarn wound on the blackboard under specific lighting conditions, also known as the number of NEP impurities on the blackboard. The common evaluation index is the total number of neps or NEP impurities of 1G yarn.
4) Evenness of sliver: there are two methods to express the evenness of sliver by visual inspection on blackboard and by capacitance detection. The former is mainly used in enterprises with national standard rating and without capacitive sliver instrument; The latter is an international general index, which can be referred to the statistical value of Uster bulletin in 2001. 5) Coarse knots, details and neps: yarn defects are generally divided into coarse knots, details and neps by various types of eveners, which are converted into the number per kilometer when the test yarn length is not 1000m. The assessment criteria for coarse knots, details and neps are the number of defects exceeding the range of 50, - 50 and 200 (rotor spinning 280) (the standard for high-end customers can be tightened).
6) Single yarn breaking force (strength), elongation at break and work at break: use special instruments and equipment to stretch the sample until it breaks, record the breaking force and elongation at break, and calculate the breaking strength and work at break.
